I have modified the modulus of elasticity of a material, why don't the results change in FAGUS cross-sectional analysis?

As described in the “Materials and Analysis Parameters” manual, the Young's module appears in both the “list of Materials” and the “List of Material Classes”.

Roughly speaking, the list of materials table is used in the programs STATIK and CEDRUS for e.g. calculation of deformation. FAGUS uses the values of the “list of materials” for all cross-section analyses. Therefore, changes in the “list of materials” do NOT affect the results of the FAGUS cross-section analysis.

The following illustration is found in the FAGUS program manual. Among other things, it is intended to illustrate the different use of “list of materials” and “list of material classes”.
