Why are dimension lines invisible after toggling the corresponding option?

Some customers have noted that they cannot see dimension lines of a parametrized section, even when the corresponding option is activated.

Parametrized sections come with default dimension lines, which can be activated and deactivated by checking or unchecking the corresponding icon in the "Output" menu of the layer panel.

Additionally, to introduce and visualize user-defined dimension lines, the "User" layer must be activated by clicking on the corresponding icon and selecting "Active" as shown below:
