When a metallic structure is modeled in STATIK and we want to analyze and dimension the profiles with AVENA, the CUBUS program in which we define those profiles is decisive, since when we define metallic profiles to be used in STATIK, it is possible to do it directly in STATIK or in FAGUS.
The profiles in the example below are clearly rolled profiles (HEB 120 and 180), and we have chosen to define them in FAGUS. By listing the sections available in the project (1), we see that they are “FAGUS” sections (2):
In this case, STATIK is not going to take those profiles as profiles that can be analyzed and dimensioned with AVENA, but the problem is easy to solve... just generate another two sections, but this time making sure to do it with the parameterized section button, instead of the FAGUS section button:
By doing so, everything works as expected:
And by selecting a bar you can access the details of AVENA.
