Why do Generation 7 programs no longer appear with the current installation?

NOTE: You must have administrator rights to your computer to perform the following procedure. Otherwise, ask your system administrator.

Generation 7 programs are integrated in every version, as long as they are still compatible. However, we always recommend working exclusively with programs of the latest generation. This is why Generation 7 is not automatically installed.

However, if you also want to use Generation 7 programs, please proceed as follows:

1.- Open “Applications and Features” from the Windows start button by right-clicking on it. The designation may vary depending on the version.

2.- In this view, select the entry “Cubus Software XXX(X)” with the highest version number.

Click on the [Modify] button that appears.

4.- In the Cubus Software XXX(X) installation dialog box, press the [Change] button.

Advance in the dialog box until you see the list of available generations in step 3. Activate the entry for Generation 7 and confirm the questions that appear.

Once completed, Generation 7 will be installed.

NOTE: This procedure only applies to the selected version. When a new version is released, these steps must be repeated.
